Yes. Every new client receives a complimentary Meet & Greet where we get to know you, meet your pets, learn their routine, answer your questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before your booking begins.
Absolutely. We have experience caring for pets requiring prescribed medication, specialised feeding routines, and extra care. We'll discuss your pet's individual needs during the Meet & Greet.
Yes. We provide regular updates, including photos, feeding confirmations, walks, medication given (if required), and anything else you'd like us to keep you informed about.
Before every booking we collect emergency contact details, your preferred veterinarian, backup contacts, medication information, and any special instructions so we're fully prepared should an unexpected situation arise.
We currently provide in-home pet sitting throughout Gauteng, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, and many surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether we travel to your area, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
